Katie joined Realization Capital Partners in August 2025. Before joining, she gained experience in private equity through Project Destined and collaborated with student-led startups on strategy initiatives. She graduated from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, with a BS in Business Administration and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Technology.

She enjoys bridging business strategy with investor communications, shaping narratives that turn complex strategies into clear stories. In her free time, Katie enjoys coaching, reading, and exploring Northern California’s coastlines.
