Ajay Kolli joined Realization Capital Partners in May 2025.

Prior to Realization, Ajay worked at Accrete.ai on applications of AI in national security and at the NobleReach Foundation (formerly IQT Emerge) on strategy supporting dual-use commercialization. At Vanderbilt, he was involved with the university’s Entrepreneurship Center, helping early-stage founders with fundraising structures and go-to-market strategy.

Ajay graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Mathematics and Human & Organizational Development. He enjoys combining quantitative analysis with qualitative perspectives to explore how businesses are financed and scaled.
