Mick has spent the last 25 years working in the asset management industry, where his focus was financial reporting and compliance and managing audits.

Prior to joining Realization, Mick spent the last 20+ years as Controller for Firsthand Capital Management, an investment advisory firm that manages mutual funds and a publicly traded private equity fund. Mick managed the financial reporting and financial compliance for all investment vehicles along with being the lead on audits. He was also responsible for the financials for the advisory firm.

Mick holds a degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky.
